Proposed Amendment to Regulation 16 Submitted to the Judiciary Committee
On February 10, 2016, the Executive Committee of the Probate Assembly approved an amendment to Probate Court Regulation 16 concerning payments to conservators for indigent persons. The amendment was submitted to the Judiciary Committee on February 22, 2016 for review. The committee has 90 days to approve or reject the amendment.
