The State of Connecticut Office of the Probate Court Administrator (PCA) is soliciting written proposals for a secure web-based eFiling system with an Electronic Filing Manager (EFM) system for the Connecticut Probate Courts.

Sealed proposals must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at the address listed above. Proposals received after the date and time set forth above shall be rejected. All proposals will be publicly opened on Friday, April 6, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the same location.
 
Note that all information submitted by a bidder is subject to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act.
 
All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to George Fernandes, by email (gfernandes@ctprobate.gov) or by fax (860-231-1055) no later than 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 29, 2018. Any person considering submitting a bid is prohibited from communicating with any state employee or any employee of a Probate Court except Mr. Fernandes.
