Executive Committee
      
            
          The Executive Committee oversees the management of the Probate Assembly. It conducts regular monthly meetings. Among its many responsibilities, the committee reviews and makes recommendations on the Probate Court Administrator's annual budget and on all proposed legislation and regulations. Committee members are elected at the Probate Assembly's annual meeting held every year in April. The President-Judge of the Probate Assembly chairs the Executive Committee.
