Farmington Regional Probate Court Relocation

(FARMINGTON, CT) – The Honorable Evelyn M. Daly, Judge of the Farmington Regional Probate Court, has announced that the Farmington Regional Probate Court has relocated to a new court space in the Farmington Town Hall, from the lower level to the main floor.

“We are excited for the new space offered by the Town of Farmington,” stated Judge Daly.  “We greatly appreciate the support of all of the towns our district serves and the support given throughout the move and the process.”

The Probate Court services the residents of Burlington, Farmington and Plainville communities and comprises one of Connecticut’s 54 Probate Districts.  Connecticut Probate Courts provide services to assist families during their times of need by assisting older adults with aging in place; supervising the care and finances of individuals who cannot care for themselves; supporting individuals with mental health conditions live in the community; and helping children stay in familiar surroundings with family and friend guardians rather than being placed in foster care.

The Farmington Regional Probate Court, located at One Monteith Drive, Main Floor, Farmington, CT 06032, is open from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and can be reached by phone at (860) 675-2360.
