The Communications and Intergovernmental Relations Department of Probate Court Administration works with the Legislative Committee of the Probate Assembly to draft and introduce legislation in the General Assembly. Legislation focuses on the improvement of probate law and finding efficiencies within the Probate Courts. Efforts also include securing the required funding from the state budget to properly operate the Probate Courts.
