Throughout Governor Lamont’s declarations of civil preparedness and public health emergencies, the Probate Courts have provided critical services while adhering to protocols that protect the health and safety of the public and court personnel.

Probate Courts remain available by telephone, eFiling or for assistance through the Probate Court website.  Hearings continue as scheduled and may be conducted by audio or video conference.  All filings, whether emergency or routine, may be mailed or eFiled with the Probate Courts.

As town halls begin to expand public hours in accordance with guidance from ReOpen Connecticut, Probate Courts will be reopening their doors to allow in-person assistance.
