Updated User Guides

The Office of the Probate Court Administrator updated several user guides. User guides answer frequently asked questions regarding the procedures of the most common Probate Court matters. All the Probate Court user guides can be found by clicking "User Guides" on the menu to the left. Please note that the user guides give a brief overview of Probate Court proceedings and anybody with substantial questions should always seek the advice of an attorney.
