Connecticut Probate Assembly & Committees
The Probate Assembly is the statewide association of probate judges. All 54 probate judges are members of the Probate Assembly, which began as an informal organization of probate judges in 1883. The Probate Assembly’s bylaws can be found by clicking here.
In addition to its Annual Meeting, the Probate Assembly meets four times a year and is charged with improving the administration of justice in the Probate Courts and promoting uniformity in practice and procedure.
